* Automatic when I recorded some sounds of Kavin’s strange language. Meanwhile, lazyweb can suggest me how to share it!

Spot the missing part!

* Well, Credit goes to little Kavin!
New Thread
* If someone is wondering about my silence..

Book Meme
- Grab the nearest book.
- Open it to page 56.
- Find the fifth sentence.
- Post the text of the sentence in your journal along with these instructions.
- Don’t dig for your favorite book, the cool book, or the intellectual one: pick the CLOSEST.
My result:
“બાંયધરી (સ્ત્રી.) જામીનગીરી, ખોળાઘરી, હામી” — વ્યવહાર ઉપયોગી શબ્દકોષ (ભાષા નિયામક કચેરી, ગાંધીનગર).
(Book is Gujarati Dictionary:))

Tips: Travelling in BMTC
* Wake up early, catch bus in early morning. Avoid rush-hour traffic.
* If you can’t wake up early, you will have crowded bus, go inside with hard try and look for person who has next bus stop to get seat. You need to study hard to become master in this – if person is moving his/her bag, keeping mobile/pen/paper in pocket, go nearby and wait he/she stand up and grab the place!
* Make sure that you are not standing near door, crazy drivers shuts it suddenly and chance of injury is high.
* Do not seat on seats reserved for ladies
(either marked red or written on it).
* Still, if you can’t find place, play ‘frozen-bubble’ or finish pending calls and wait for your stop!
And, yes. Don’t assume that ’same bus number’ will reach you at ’same place’. The bus number on BMTC is volatile. And, please don’t ask ‘How to travel at evening’, I have left it upon your luck!
GreenMirchi-IceCream-Meet
* On Saturday night, while watching some horror movie, I got SMS of Anurag (and Pradeepto already invited me/us on IRC!) that we are meeting Kishore tomorrow. Wanna come? It was undecided until 10:30 am, and suddenly, I took bath. Camera was ready. And, I reached and found dudes after some try.
* It was ‘Pizzeteria’ in front of ‘Hotel Ambassador’. Good Pizza. Roshan and me were veggie, others (Kishore, Anurag, Pradeepto) were only non-veggie! And, we talked lots of things. Mostly about upcoming events like Foss.in and Feb’s Freed.in.
* We then walked to Chopati for having ‘Green Mirchi Ice Cream’, Kishore discovered this during his early visit to Mumbai and we were not knowing this wonderful stuff even being Mumbaikars!
* Again, we had nice discussion and nice photography on ‘Pradeepto’
And then ‘Orange Ginger’ and then ‘Orange Juice’.
Kishore, we will love to meet you again
Barcamp Mumbai 2
Freed.in/07
* One of the best ever event Freed.in is over (although, some people are enjoying at Manali right now!). I came back on last night.
* I reached Delhi on Thursday night. Grepping JNU was easy due to pre-paid taxi from airport. Got my room at Aravali Hostel and found none of the known person at first site. Oldmonk’s reply to my call, ‘where are you?’ was hilarious one. Finally, I found Karunakar and we enjoyed ‘Maggie’ at 12 AM.
* Both days were entirely full of fun. I talked about ‘Debian-IN‘ project. Unfortunately, my talk got last place on schedule (I think due to track allocation etc) and so, number of people was less. The fun thing was that whole #linux-india channel (almost, except famous Lap_64) was there. And channel was so quite during 2 days..
* With very limited time in our hand, we (me and tuxmaniac) visited Qutub Minar, India Gate and famous Delhi Metro (by traveling to/from random station!). Flickr photos are up.
